Lana extension: 119 Duties: handle any billing questions and schedule EUS procedure.
Insurance Verification Coorindator
Mistie extension: 110 Duties: verify patient's insurance for office visit, release medical records schedule open access colonoscopy.
Dr. Raijman's Medical Assistant
Natalia "Nat" extension: 103 Duties:Dr. Raijman's medical assistant, responsible for patient care including answer patient's questions, medication refills, etc.
Dr. Escalante's Medical Assistant
Daicy extension: 110 Duties: Dr. Escalante's medical assistant, responsible for patient care including answer patient's questions, medication refills, etc.
Procedure Scheduler
Kimberly extension: 104 Duties: schedule procedure and assist patient to obtain pre-certification authorization for tests and procedures.

Billing Manager
